Neigong (inner skill) is going inside and focusing on various parts of the body. It will produce the Neidan (inner elixir/nectar) a type of inner medicine that keeps the body, mind, and spirit healthy and working optimally. These are ancient Taoist monastic techniques practiced by monks and nuns in the sacred mountains of China. Our studies have come from masters from the Jianshan Pai (Gold Mountain Taoist tradition) a variation of Longmen Pai (Dragon Gate Taoist tradition) and the Longmen Pai tradition. More Taoist neigong Info here.
